Vegas Uncork'd kicks off tomorrow with chefs conducting their annual ritual — the saber off. Chefs such as Michael Mina, Guy Savoy, François Payard, Mary Sue Milliken, Julian Serrano and Jean-Georges Vongerichten take saber to champagne bottle to officially start the four-day event put on with Bon Appétit in front of Hakkasan at the MGM Grand.

While many of the events are already sold out, tickets do remain for others. One, the Chase Sapphire Preferred Grill Challenge taking place during the Bellagio Block Party, pits two students from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas for a chance to win a $20,000 scholarship. The students work next to chefs Akira Back and Todd English in a live grilling challenge where they re-imagine classic French grilled chicken. Each has 30 minutes to create the dish. In addition, mixologists Francesco Lafranconi and Tony Abou-Ganim will help the students create a cocktail to go with chicken dish.

Here's a look at all of the events that have tickets remaining. To purchase, visit the Vegas Uncork'd Website.
