The Super-Secret Burger at Honey Salt; Festival

WESTSIDE — Honey Salt now has a off-the-menu every Thursday night after 8:30 p.m. for National Burger Month. Chef Joe Zanelli is serving up the Honey Salt BMB (burger month burger), which features a hand ground Waygu patty, bacon jam, applewood and walnut smoked cheddar, pickled red onion and a fried egg. The burger will be served alongside Honey Salt homemade potato chips. The limited edition burger is priced at $19 and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. [EaterWire]

MOUNTAIN'S EDGE — Smokin' Sam's, Papa John's, Firehouse Subs, Chilled Out Shaved Ice and Funnel Cake Café are among the food vendors at the Country in the Park concert on Saturday. Country music star Chris Cagel, rising star Chris Janson and the popular local Tony Marques Band headline the concert from 2 to 8 p.m. at the amphitheater in the community's Exploration Park, located at 9275 S.
