WESTSIDE — Honey Salt now has a off-the-menu every Thursday night after 8:30 p.m. for National Burger Month. Chef Joe Zanelli is serving up the Honey Salt BMB (burger month burger), which features a hand ground Waygu patty, bacon jam, applewood and walnut smoked cheddar, pickled red onion and a fried egg. The burger will be served alongside Honey Salt homemade potato chips. The limited edition burger is priced at $19 and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. [EaterWire]
