Herb Wilson at SushiSamba may not be the only Top Chef candidate in Vegas. While Wilson has already been announced as one of the contestants on the next season of Top Chef Masters, chef Emeril Lagasse spills the beans and says a chef from Vegas made the cut for Top Chef New Orleans, filming now in the Big Easy. Lagasse returns for the third season in a row as a judge on the Bravo show, although he wouldn't divulge the identity of the Vegas chef. Of course, the tipline is open. [EaterWire]
