Joining future arrivals McFadden's Saloon and Panda Express at the ever evolving Town Square, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is investing a publicly revealed $2,160,000 in creating a sequel to its westside location.
The 7,042-square-foot spot will be created in conjunction with Gamma Construction, a nationwide company with a long history with the steakhouse chain and fellow recent Town Square residents, Bonefish Grill. Both chains are operated by Bloomin' Brands Inc., which also owns Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill and Roy's Restaurant.
With room for 268, the precise second Nevada location for Fleming's remains under wraps, but a fall debut has been reported.
