HENDERSON — Todd's Unique Dining has a wine dinner with Molly Dooker from McClaren Vale Australia on June 20 at 6 p.m. The $105 per person dinner starts with Verdelho 2011 paired with seared sea scallop with cream corn, chive oil and fritters followed by Blue Eyed Boy Shiraz 2011 with venison loin with red currants and parsnip. A pasta course features Gigglepots 2011 paired with black pepper penne pasta smoked with chayote and Mexican cheese, followed by Enchanted Path 2011 with braised beef bistro style with gratin potato, peas and carrots. FORUM SHOPS AT CAESARS — Joe's Stone Crab now has lobster tail tempura with two five-ounce lobster tails served alongside tempura fried sweet potatoes, green beans and sweet onion petals with an apricot dipping sauce. Also new on the menu, parmesan halibut breaded in parmesan breadcrumbs and then griddled. The restaurant also brought back roasted sweet corn in a lemon garlic butter and chopped cilantro.
