Chronic Tacos opens its second location in Vegas with a spot in The Eatery, the food court at the Palms. The company with 35 locations nationwide, but mainly on the West Coast, started up in 2002 with a spot in Newport Beach, Calif., that serves up fast made-to-order Mexican food based on third-generation recipes. Day of the Dead art decorates the facade.
