The New Summer Menu at Hachi; View Wine Flights

RED ROCK RESORT — Japanese restaurant Hachi just went through a menu refresh. New to the restaurant: French bean tempura with almonds, spicy aioli and eel sauce; scallop tiradito with white grapes, rococo, yuzu and truffle oil; hearts of palm salad with fennel, jalapeño and passion fruit vinaigrette; miso cod lettuce wraps with jalapeño salsa, sweet onions and katafiki; warm Japanese mushroom salad with yuzu and garlic dressing; tuna sashimi flatbread with tobiko, serrano and red onion; lobster tacos with red onion, cilantro and amarillo sauce; and ishiyaki, 100 percent certified kagoshima Japanese Wagyu beef served with a hot rock table-side with Hachi dipping sauces.
