BOH Brawl Returns with Silva, Mags Battling and More

The Back of the House Brawl returns Saturday night to Tommy Rocker's with not only a chef face-off but a One Night Stand and a Cock Fight to boot.

Look for Robert "Mags" Magsalin of Fukuburger takes on Bobby Silva, the executive sous chef of SushiSamba at the Shoppes at the Palazzo, face off on food trucks to find out who wins the PBR trophy. The Iron Chef-style brawl between chefs cooking from ingredients found in a mystery basket on food trucks starts at 1 a.m.

Keith Sadowski returns with his One Night Stand with a breakfast menu called The Morning After. Look for a breakfast burger with beef and sausage stuff with an egg, bacon onion jam, lettuce, tomato and maple bourbon ketchup; waffle fries with a maple dipping sauce; pigs Benedict with a bacon English muffin; and coffee-braised pork belly and more, all under $6.

Also on the docket, a Cock Fight pitting Martin Gutierrez from RM Seafood facing Tony Gardner, formerly of RM Seafood, conjuring up cocktails.

Food trucks such as Fukuburger, Dragon Grille, Sauced, The Spot to Eat and Curbside Cafe will be on hand for guests as well.
