Scott Green Leaves Bacchanal for The Buffet at Wynn

In a huge chef shuffle, Scott Green has left Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace to come on board as the new executive chef of The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas. Green opened the massive Bacchanal Buffet as executive chef last September.

In a press release, Green says: "It is a remarkable opportunity to be able to join the ranks of the extremely talented culinary team at Wynn. I am looking forward to adding some new and unexpected flavor experiences to The Buffet's already impressive menu that will offer something for everyone."

Previously, Green launched a number of Celebrity Cruise Line ships and was in charge of back of house operations at Little Buddha Restaurant & Sushi Bar at the Palms.
