Rachel's Kitchen opens its fifth location, this time in Centennial. Located on Durango near Deer Springs, the restaurant features the same menu as the other spots, serving breakfast all day, lunchtime favorites including salads, wraps, burgers and fresh fruit smoothies and juices and a list of pasta options for lunch and dinner.

Rachel's Kitchen already has locations in Summerlin, the west side, The District in Henderson and the Ogden in Downtown Vegas.
