CAESARS PALACE — Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill now has a Sunday Roast prix-fixe menu for diners looking for the traditional British pub experience. Also, just in time for the summer season, the restaurant introduces a variety of refreshing dishes to complement its menu of expertly prepared British pub and grill fare. Every Sunday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. for $56 per person, the quintessential Sunday Roast menu highlights chicory and roasted beet salad to start and includes rosemary-roasted Prime beef rib-eye, seared Scottish salmon, roasted fingerling potatoes, honey-thyme-roasted carrots and parsnips, minted English peas, Yorkshire pudding, red wine marrow sauce and horseradish cream served family style. The meal concludes with berries and cream. Also for summer, executive chef Jeremy Berlin concentrated on incorporating the freshest seasonal ingredients into delicious new salad, soup, sandwich, main entrée and side-dish recipes. For lunch, new items include a summer baby vegetable salad, heirloom tomato sandwich, warm corn soup, sautéed summer mushrooms and sautéed asparagus, sautéed with lemon zest and confit cherry tomatoes for lunch.
