Superfood Dishes at Alizé; IHOP Anniversary; More

PALMS Alizé has a spring tasting menu rich in "superfoods" — foods rich in omegas, anti-oxidants and other nutrients that help foster and maintain healthy bodies and minds. Chef de cuisine Mark Purdy has crafted dishes such as chilled vichyssoise and tomato soup, roasted mushroom toban-yaki, market greens salad, sautéed Dutch white asparagus and sautéed tofu.
