Echo & Rig Aiming for August Debut at Tivoli Village

Tivoli Village will soon have a chance to ponder the enigmatic name of Los Angeles chef Sam Marvin's Echo & Rig Steakhouse & Butcher Shop. Long awaited as a tenant of Tivoli Village, the chef is now hiring and promoting an August debut with a new logo.

Occupying a corner property across the plaza from Ogden's Hops & Harvest, Marvin's 12,000-square-foot space will cover two floors and feature a butcher shop alongside a full-service restaurant. The steakhouse will favor 75 farm fresh items and the butcher shop will offer ready to cook and ready-to-eat beef, pork, lamb and game among its retail fare.
