Natalie Young of Eat fame is getting ready to work on her second restaurant concept dubbed White Bread. The late-night window will feature fried chicken and white bread served in a brown bag. Young says she's looking at a space diagonal from Eat at Carson Avenue and Seventh Street. Young says that when she talked to Joe Downtown, "We were talking in passing. I had no idea he was going to print this ... it was not for print." [LVS]
