Now beer fans on the west side have a place to sup on a cavalcade of brews. Aces & Ales opened its second location, this time near Tenaya Creek Brewery. The beer bar has 50 beers on tap and 150 bottles on the regular rotation that range from pilsners and hefeweizens to imperial stouts and IPAs, more than double the number of taps as the original.

Look for pub fare including Wisconsin fried cheese curds, pepper bombs and beer bits, a pretzel crust with olive oil, garlic and herbs served with marinara sauce. Bratwurst plates, Arrogant Bastard steak sandwiches and more make the menu as well. The new location features 37 flat screens, a patio and a lounge.
