Looks like the Riviera is ready to undergo a restaurant refresher following a leadership shakeup. Now Diana Bennett and Scott Menke, CEO and president of Paragon Gaming respectively, were tapped to take over the Riviera, and already Menke "plans to bring in a leading restaurant consultant to spruce up Riviera's food offerings."
