Vegas' favorite pop-up dinner returns this Saturday when Project Dinner Table rolls out the long white tablecloth at TPC Summerlin's championship golf course for the third dinner of the 2013.
This time, three chefs from the Tao Group and a well-known chef from the Strip take over the family-style menu. Look for Sean Kinoshita from Tao Asian Bistro at the Venetian, Massimiliano Campanari from Lavo at the Palazzo and Tao Group's corporate executive sous chef Marc Marrone to join Todd Harrington, the executive chef for Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace.
The dinner starts with a social hour featuring hors d'oeuvres and cocktails at 6 p.m. followed by a family-style dinner put together by the chefs.
Every dinner includes a contribution to a local nonprofit, and this one honors First Tee of Southern Nevada and the Shriners Hospital for Children Open. Tickets are $175 per person for members, $190 per person for nonmembers with memberships going for $39 a year, all available at www.projectdinnertable.com.
The Project Dinner Table features Royden Ellamar of Sensi at the Bellagio along with Edmund Wong of the Bellagio at Dream Racing at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sept. 21.
