Emeril Lagasse, Sammy Hagar Barbecue at the Venetian

Carnevale continues this weekend with some Red Rocker and Bam mixed together. Musician Sammy Hagar and chef Emeril Lagasse gang up to put on Sammy Hagar's Tiki Party: Rockin' with the Wabos with Lagasse barbecuing on the grill.

The Saturday night party at the Venetian pools kicks off at 7:30 p.m. with Hagar's favorite Hawaiian band, The Wabos, playing throughout the evening.

With enough prodding, maybe Hagar will sing some of his hits such as "I Can't Drive 55," "Right Now," and "Why Can't This Be Love."

Lagasse, of course, has Table 10 at the Shoppes at the Palazzo, Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian and Lagasse's Stadium at the Palazzo.

Tickets are $55 per person with the barbecue going for $8 per plate or $45 for an all-you-can-eat option. Tickets are available at 702-414-9000 or www.palazzo.com/carnevale.
