Chocolate & Spice's First Pop-Up Dinner; More

WESTSIDE — Chocolate & Spice Bakery holds its first pop-up dinner next Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. Dray Gardner will join chef Megan Romano to create dishes such as pan-seared tilapia with haricot vert salad, shrimp and vegetable fried rice and a mandarin orange teriyaki roasted chicken thigh. Side options for the night include braised kale and Brussels sprouts, roasted trinity potatoes and summer panzanella salad while desserts including stone fruit cobbler, salted caramel brownie parfait, mango tapioca and vanilla bean panna cotta, and strawberry watermelon push-pops round out the night.
