COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS — The resort now has dinner and a movie at The Henry every Monday from 5 to 10 p.m. through Sept. 16, Dinner & A Movie ($40 for two) features a prix-fixe dinner for two and complimentary admission to Dive-In Movies. Menu items include a choice of shrimp salad lettuce wraps, grilled naan bread or goat cheese and tomato-stuffed zucchini to start, Henry's slow-roasted Prime rib, herb-crusted chicken paillard or pan-roasted salmon Niçoise as an entrée and a scoop of ice cream or sorbet for dessert. Following dinner, Dinner & A Movie guests can head to Dive-In Movies, where every Monday evening the 65-foot digital marquee at the Boulevard Pool transforms into a colossal movie screen, showing a double feature of films. The $45 four-course tasting menu includes some of Table 10's signature dishes, such as the candied bacon with Noble Tonic #1; pea tortellini with mushrooms and three cheeses; scallops with Marcona almonds, parsnips, grapes and capers as well as Emeril Lagasse's banana cream pie.
