The Food & Wine All-Star Weekend returns for the fourth year, taking over the Bellagio, Aria and MGM Grand Oct. 4-6. On deck, events with chefs such as Joël Robuchon, Michael Mina and Shawn McClain.
The weekend includes an educational wine class on syrah with a master sommelier, a cooking demo on how to make sushi 10 ways, a once-in-a-lifetime dinner with a Michelin-starred chef, a pizza party and, yes, a burger bash with Robuchon and Mina crowing a winner.

Friday, Oct. 4
Ten Ways To Sushi: 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Executive chef Heather Zheng at Shibuya at the MGM Grand hosts a cooking demonstration and sake tasting. Zheng will educate guests about Japanese cuisine's most popular fish — tuna — and will explain its composition. During the process, 10 different dishes will be created and paired with refreshing sake selections.
First Course: 8 to 11 p.m.
As the official kickoff party of the weekend, View Bar at Aria will have dishes from BarMasa, Julian Serrano and Sage. Guests can land cocktails and mingle with the participating chefs.
Saturday, Oct. 5
All-Star Brunch: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Celebrity chef talent comes together at American Fish at Aria. Michael Mina hosts this four-course meal with cocktail and wine pairings, created by Aria's chefs.
Burger Bash with Joël Robuchon and Michael Mina: 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
A poolside burger bash at the MGM Grand will features seven of the resort's restaurants serving the dish and sides. Celebrity judges, including Robuchon and Mina, will determine the ultimate Burger Bash winner.
Syrah That Will Change Your Life: 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Master sommelier and Bellagio director of wine Jason Smith will help guests explore the lighter, elegant versions of syrah.
Six-Course Bliss with Chef Joël Robuchon: 7 to 9 p.m.
Guests will have a one-of-a-kind epicurean experience with "Chef of the Century" Joël Robuchon as he prepares a six-course menu with wine pairing. At the end of the dinner, diners will receive a Joël Robuchon cookbook signed by the chef.
A Harvest Dinner with Chef Michael Mina: 7 to 10 p.m.
Michael Mina takes over the Grand Patio at the Bellagio to prepare a specialized menu using seasonal ingredients and flavor profiles along with a wine pairing to complement each course.
Afterhours with Shawn McClain: 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Chef Shawn McClain serves up hors d'oeuvre's and his own FIVE50 pizza paired with craft beers.
Sunday, Oct. 6
From Far East to Champagne: Bubbles Meets Fountains Brunch: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan cuisine comes together at Jasmine during the Fountains brunch.
