Get a look inside the kitchen of Cake Boss Buddy Valastro as he preps the menu for his new American-Italian restaurant Buddy V's, coming to the Palazzo this fall. Honey Salt chef Joe Zanelli has been out in New Jersey working the the family of chefs on the test run of dishes vying to make the menu. Zanelli works with Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla, who are partnering with Valastro on the project.
