LuckyRice Night Market returns to the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Oct. 5. The event at the Boulevard Pool and hosted by Sang Yoon from Top Chef Masters features Asian street food flavors from 15 visiting chefs nationwide and 15 local culinary stars.
