Atlantic City's 24 hour brasserie, Michael Patrick's, is heading to the Golden Nugget. If the chef sounds unfamiliar, it's actually a name hybrid inspired by creator Tilman Fertitta's sons. The owner of Landry's operates Michael Patrick's Brasserie at the Golden Nugget Atlantic City serving "an upscale, eclectic menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner." In Las Vegas, the Nugget's current 24/7 option is called the Carson Street Café.
Fremont Street's Golden Nugget already hosts Chart House, Grotto, Rush Lounge, Bar 46, Lillie's Asian Cuisine, Vic & Anthony's and Starbucks that can all be found at its Atlantic City counterpart.
Also on tap for the Downtown institution, a space overhaul to be renamed the Cadillac Bar, upgrades to the Rush Lounge and another round of improvements to the exterior Fremont Street bar scene with a new addition and interior lounge remodels. The freshly created Bar 46 with open Fremont Street seating, debuted in June 2012.
