Beloved Asian burger joint Bachi Burger is heading for an upgrade. The 2,400-square-foot restaurant is already licensed to serve alcohol with its meal, but would like to create a separate bar where patrons can sit, sip and also order a burger.
Owners estimate about 12 seats will be sacrificed for the remodel, but up to 10 customers will be able to sit at the actual bar. While planning approval is ongoing, the project is expected to pass board scrutiny.
Bachi Burger also operates at Village Square and is in the progress of constructing its first Los Angeles outpost.
