New lunch and dinner dishes include seared albacore sashimi ($16) with ponzu sauce; tofu three ways ($11) with truffle oil, caviar and lemon oil, and scallions and sesame oil; octopus sashimi "Kyoto style" ($17) with herb vinaigrette; filet mignon-wrapped asparagus ($17) with soy mirin sauce; sashimi salad ($18) with frisee and soy ginger; Chilean seabass ($32) with yuzu sauce; and the shima roll ($17) with shrimp wrapped spicy tuna, cilantro, and avocado.
