For this very special Greasy Spoons Week edition of Eater Scenes, Chelsea McManus fixes her lens on the pancake hot spot Du-par's at the Golden Gate. During breakfast on a recent Thursday, the lunch counter and the dining room were packed with people eating pancakes and supping on coffee.
