Trash Fish Dinner; NBA 2K Challenge at Insert Coin(s)

MANDALAY BAY — Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger and executive chef Mike Minor of Border Grill are teaming up with Rick Moonen of RM Seafood and Chefs Collaborative to host a Trash Fish Dinner on Monday at 6:30 p.m. Also joining them are chefs Jet Tila and Michael Leviton. Look for dishes made with Pacific sardines, California squid, farm-raised sturgeon and porgy. These fish normally never make it to our dinner plates, largely because they are undervalued or frequently thrown out as bycatch. The dinner goes for $125 per person with tickets available at chefscollaborative.org/events. DOWNTOWN — Head to Insert Coin(s) tonight at 7 p.m. for a battle of the best in the video game NBA 2K. The champion takes home bragging rights, as well as $1,000 cash and NBA Summer League packages.
