Stand back and take a look inside the brand spanking new Carmine's, the 27,000-square-foot Italian restaurant at the Forum Shops at Caesars. This two-story restaurant taking over the former Planet Hollywood space sports 7,500 images on the wall, with a majority representing Italians over age 85. The 700 seats here specialize in dishes served for grandmother's Sunday dinner. Be sure to check out the mismatched chandeliers, and head into the bathroom where the bottoms of wine bottles line the walls.
