Steve Martorano takes to Jimmy Kimmel Live! to announce his second restaurant, Martorano's, coming to Paris Las Vegas in the spring. He also made mozzarella with the new poster boy for Las Vegas.

The eponymous restaurant from the self-described cook who started his career as a deejay takes over the Le Provençal space in the Le Boulevard shopping and dining corridor.

Parent company Caesars Entertainment projects the restaurant will have 200-plus seats, a large bar area and patio dining "reminiscent of Martorano's original restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Fla."

Expect to find familiar dishes such as Martorano's South Philly cheesesteak, eggplant stack, rigatoni Sunday pork gravy, bucatini carbonara and his meatballs, which Gourmet Magazine once proclaimed, "the best meatball in the world."

Much like the Cafe Martorano location at the Rio, which will remain, the new location plans to feature classic movie scenes and the sounds of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Bobby Darin early in the evening, changing over to classic R&B, disco, slow jams and classic rock later in the night.
