Here now, your first look inside Kumi by Akira Back, the chef behind Yellowtail's sophomore effort at Mandalay Bay. The back rotunda of the 10,000-square-foot restaurant features giant cherry blossom trees. Back is serving up modern Japanese fare with a Korean-American twist, a tip of the hat to his country of birth.
