BOCA PARK — Ember's is serving up A Journey Through Your Mother's Kitchen on Monday Aug. 12 at 6:30 p.m. for $50 per person. Chef Aaron Robert Klafter Phillips is serving a breakfast Pop Tart with roasted fennel, fig jam, goat cheese crème, pomegranate reduction and micro greens with a rosemary, Tang and Willette Single Barrel Rye cocktail. The lunch portion of the menu includes Spaghettios made with steamed clams, orecchiette pasta, spicy shellfish tomato broth and a grilled baguette with Martinelli's apple juice infused with Hangar One Chipotle Vodka and fennel. A Lunchable snack features a charcuterie plate with Spanish chorizo, speck, prosciutto, pancetta, mixed artisanal cheeses, quince paste, honey comb and black pepper crackers with a kiwi Capri Sun made with Gosling's Dark Rum, lime zest and Fever Tree ginger beer. The dinner course features a veal meatloaf with homemade tater tots, crispy green beans and a bordelaise sauce.
