Party with Top Chef Masters' Herb Wilson, Curtis Stone

Even though Top Chef Masters debuted on Wednesday night, Herb Wilson is throwing his celebration for his role on the show on Saturday night at SushiSamba. Look for sushi demonstrations, passed hors d'oeuvres by Wilson and an open caipirinha and sake bar.

The shindig takes off from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. in the restaurant in the Shoppes at the Palazzo. Tickets are available for $100 at 702-414-9000 or www.palazzo.com/carnevale.

Rumor has it Top Chef Masters host Curtis Stone, who is hosting a wine dinner earlier in the night, will stop by as well.
