A proudly New York-themed hot dog joint is up and running within eyesight of a West Coast rival Pink's Hot Dogs. Replacing the shuttered Yogurt Planet, Manhattan Streets occupies a prime grab and go corner location on the bridge to CityCenter in the Harmon Corner retail complex that also houses Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and Twin Peaks.

A New York dog made by Sabrett retails for $2.50 and other meaty options include bratwurst, chicken sausage or spicy Italian. A "colossal" half-pound dog is available with or without the added extra heft of chilli and cheese. You can also upgrade with a number of sides like a pretzel or kosher pickle.

Hours are 11 a.m. to 1 a.m and later until 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. A current late night special after 10 p.m. nets you five hot dogs for $10.
