Cochinillo Roast at Jaleo; Dom DeMarco Deal

COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS — Jaleo by José Andrés now has a Cochinillo roast on Sundays starting at 4 p.m. Head chef Luis Montesinos and his team will roast a whole pig over the wood-fired paella grill in the center of Jaleo's dining room every Sunday, and tables can order it for $35. The dish is accompanied by crispy skin, pan con tomate, mojo verde and alioli sauce. Whole roasts are also available for purchase Monday through Saturday with 36 hours notice. [EaterWire]
