Here, piggy, piggy. The All-Star Cochon with 10 chefs representing past winners and fan favorites returns to Las Vegas Oct. 20 at a so-far undisclosed location. The event will feature a snout-to-tail menu made with local heritage breed pigs. Expect to find more than 40 swine-infused dishes, two butcher demos, reserve wines, artisan cocktails, craft brews and pig-infused desserts.
