SPRING VALLEY — Forte Tapas launches Takeover Tuesdays with Vegas chefs taking over the restaurant starting on July 23. Pinot Brasserie sous chef John Courtney takes over the restaurant first with a six-course menu that focuses in, on or around the mouth.
