Braddah's Island Style Brings a Dose of Hawaii to Vegas

Yo, braddah. Fast food just got a dose of Hawaii with the new Braddah's Island Style, now open on Rainbow Boulevard north of Sahara Avenue and strengthening the city's status as the Ninth Island.

Here find tacos, burritos, bowls and salads made with proteins such as Huli Huli chicken, Kalua pork, Pulehu steak, grilled Adobo fish or shrimp or island grilled veggies. Then douse it with salsas made in house such as charred pineapple verde, a medium mango corn or grilled pepper and a spicy fresh tomato with Maui onion. Guests can add steamed rice, sour cream, Romaine lettuce, cilantro, shredded cheese, black beans, sauteed fajita vegetables or guacamole.

Everything on the menu is under $10.

The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
