Chicken burgers incorporate a 40 percent breast, 60 percent thigh blend, ground in-house with a mixture of onion, chili flake, parsley and chive spices. The Devonshire butter-basted chicken patties are cooked on the alder and apple-wood open-flame grill. New dishes include the Damnation chicken burger for $14 served with fiery hot mayo, Maytag blue cheese and celery and carrot slaw; the Southern yardbird burger for $14 topped with sharp cheddar cheese, mustard barbecue sauce, pickle and butter lettuce; fish and crisp sandwich for $16 featuring ale-battered cod, salt and vinegar crisps and fresh dill tartar sauce; and a crème brûlée pudding and Oreo shake for $9.
