Which Chefs Are on Board for the Vegas Critics Roast?

That roast of local food critics Al Mancini, John Curtas and Max Jacobson now has more chefs on board, ready to get even with the trio.

So far, Vic "Vegas" Moea, Gary LaMorte, who works with Michael Mina, Stephen Hopcraft of STK at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Beni Valasquez of Bar + Bistro, Carla Pellegrino of Bratalian Neapolitan Cantina, Theresa Woo of Fu at the Hard Rock Hotel, Todd Harrington of Central Michel Richard and food writer Grace Bascos are on board.

Roast masters Dave Farra and Jason Mahoney of the Dave, Mahoney & DK Morning Show on X107.5 stop the physical fight from breaking out.
