Long rumored to be in the works, plywood in and outside the The Plaza resort's food court indicates the Plaza Beer Garden might, finally, be on its way.
Construction on the north side of the Main Street entrance has torn up the frontage and the food court interior features a wall of plywood covering an opening to the outdoors. Current fast food residents McDonald's, Subway and Zaba's Mexican Grill are unaffected by the changes. Despite these promising appearances, a June construction permit application for the Beer Garden is currently on hold.
The project would directly face the drop off point for the under construction, 850 feet long SlotZilla zipline project that is working to debut this fall.
