Looks like Los Angeles chef Ludo Lefebvre, who made a reputation for himself with his pop-up LudoBites and just opened Trois Mec there, has eyes for Vegas. Lefebvre, who has appeared on Iron Chef America and Top Chef Masters, plans to open an oyster bar in Downtown Vegas called Le Station. No word on a location, although it will be open for lunch and dinner with a ticketing system for reservations. Le Thai co-owner and Lefebvre's partner Puoy Premsrirut is involved.

Lefebvre helped Lavo at the Palazzo with its opening menu before heading back to Los Angeles, where he held wildly popular pop-up dinners for six years. His Trois Mec, an intentionally mangled spelling that's French for three guys, features a set five-course menu with no small plates and no choices. Diners there pay $97 in advance for their meals through a ticketing system.
