Could Guy Fieri finally have a name for his restaurant going into the Quad? The host of the Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins and Dives already has Guy's American Kitchen & Bar in Times Square. Now comes word that his company Knuckle Sandwich LLC registered the name Guy's Original Kitchen & Bar on Aug. 12.
The 7,000-square-foot space at the front of the Quad next to Carnaval Court is already built out from the outside. The restaurant is part of a massive transformation that includes The Linq, the entertainment complex that will have the world's tallest observation wheel, the 550-foot Las Vegas High Roller, also opening by the end of the year.
When the restaurant does open later this fall, expect what Fieri calls "an eclectic mix of food in a real fun environment. Other known tidbits on the restaurant include a late-night menu and a blood Mary program for brunch.
