Bacon Mania Hits Comme Ca; Mix's Photo Contest

COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS — Comme Ca has a Brian's Bacon menu that will run from Thursday, Aug. 29, through Saturday, Aug. 31, and offer guests the option of a prix fixe three-course menu for $59 or a la carte specials priced individually. The bar team has also created a bacon themed cocktail that is best paired with the starter special, but is also great by itself. Look for lightly smoked kurobuta pork tartare with chicharon and marinated plum bacon vinaigrette for $16; bacon-wrapped bone in pork chop with grilled romaine hearts, ember roasted tomato and black garlic ranch for $32; and a bacon trio of butterscotch and bacon pot de crème with chocolate dipped smoked bacon and bacon Cronets for $14.
