See the Entire Menu from the Nobu United Event

Now the entire menu from the Nobu United event coming to Caesars Palace is out. The Oct. 9 brings 28 chefs from Nobu restaurants around the world to Nobu Restaurant & Lounge for a seven-course meal highlighting the best dishes from Nobu Matsuhisa's empire.

The two Nobu restaurants in Vegas come together to bring the fourth course, a slow-cooked Wagyu rump with matsutake and Douglas fir miso, king trumpet bone marrow with chestnuts and autumn flavors. They pair up again to prepare the sushi course with salt-cured tuna, lemon-cured salmon with truffle, ika with karasumi and a special big roll. Then Nobu at the Hard Rock Hotel works on the dessert course, an Aki tart and sable kabocha pear pecan with special treats to take home.
