HARD ROCK HOTEL — Nobu hosts hits first Nobu Supper Club Dinner on Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013 at 7 p.m. This limited dining experience for 20 guests takes place in the Bamboo Room of the restaurant starting at 7 p.m. Look for a seven-course dinner that includes a tasting of Nobu classics such as yellowtail jalapeño, uni tiradito taco and toro tartare with caviar as well as chu toro with avocado salsa, Madagascar shrimp with spicy lemon dressing, scallop yakimono with orange heirloom ceviche, Chilean sea bass ala plancha with smoked corn aji amarillo sauce, Wagyu beef "Ishiyaki style" and desert.
