And now it's eight. Smashburger had already announced two new Las Vegas expansions earlier this spring, but their eighth location will take over where a burger newcomer recently failed.
Elevation Burger prided itself on serving "only 100% USDA-certified organic, 100% grass-fed, 100% free-range beef burgers" has shuttered its sole Nevada location in Spring Valley. The closest location for fans of their olive oil cooked fries is now Dallas. They debuted in February 2012.
Smashburger will pick up the crumbs of Elevation's failed inroad into the hectic Vegas burger market with a declared $235,000 makeover of the 2,852-square-foot space.
Smashburger's latest location at Las Vegas Premium Outlets — South is now open and serving the unique Las Vegas creation, the Sin City. They top it with a fried egg, applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, grilled onions and haystack onions on an egg bun.
