Brush up on your cooking skills with the Le Cordon Bleu — Bleu Ribbon Kitchen program coming to the Venetian's Carnevale summer festival later this month. Guests can take part in hands-on workshops that cover Northern Italy cooking, sushi making and bringing the steakhouse at home and more.
The classes are designed to improve skills as well as explore a new culinary passion. The sessions start with a short introduction from their chef instructor before diving into hands-on activities held in a professional kitchen. At the end of each class, students will dine on the lunch they prepared.
The first class takes place on Aug. 17 and will feature the tastes of Northern Italy. Additional classes will be offered throughout the summer and fall, including taste of Southern Italy on Aug. 24, French bistro on Aug. 31, hors d'oeuvres on Sept. 7, sushi making on Oct. 5 and steakhouse at home on Nov. 2.
