The Next Nobu Supper Club Menu; Bourbon Tasting

HARD ROCK HOTEL — Here's a look at the menu at Nobu's next Supper Club event this Saturday at 7 p.m. in the private dining space. The dinner includes octopus carpaccio, bloody Mary-style oyster shooters, salmon and kelp Ama-zu, tai snapper dried miso and Ayu Nanban Zuke for the first course, a scallop and uni sashimi for the second course, kanpachi sashimi salad with karachi su miso for the third course, Nigerian prawn with hearts of palm and Mitsuba Gremolata, umami Baja striped bass, Waguy tongue and cheeks with miso and morels, a sushi course and Atari Goma panna cotta for dessert.
