Here's a look inside Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak, the newest restaurant from the James Beard Award-winning chef and host of Top Chef, now open at the Mirage. The restaurant offers up open flame cooking using wood-burning ovens, charcoal grills and the Grillworks Infierno that works as a hearth, smoker, broiler and more. The 230-seat restaurant designed by Bentel + Bentel features an expansive photo mural featuring charred firewood by photographer Amanda Weil. Although the restaurant sits in the atrium of the resort, it's difficult to see the rustic vibe within. Find a mix of natural and modern touches, including a leather-clad wall and walnut-beamed ceiling. Take a look inside.
